There will be two Adult Annual Incentive Trips (“AITs” or “Trips”) offered this year:
Both AITs will be available as a contest that dealers can compete in to earn attendance. In addition, both Trips will be available for purchase. To compete or purchase a Trip, dealerships must (1) enroll during the Enrollment Period from November 27, 2023, to January 31, 2024, and (2) agree to the contest Terms and Conditions. The cost to purchase a Hawaii Trip is $21,900 and the cost to purchase a Park City Trip is $16,900.
Dealers that are competing or purchasing the Hawaii or Park City Trip(s) must enroll by January 31, 2023.
Dealers will compete to earn Trips during the Contest Period, which runs from December 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, by selling eligible contracts to earn points. Points can then be redeemed for Trips. Trips cannot be converted to cash or points. If a dealer forfeits or does not utilize a Trip, there is no refund or credit. JM&A Group reserves the right to reduce JM&A Group's contest contribution in the event of a deviation from the suggested point structure.
Dealers enrolled in the contest or purchasing a Trip must abide by JM&A Group's Cancellation Policy. The last day to cancel without incurring an enforced cancellation fee is January 31, 2024. If a dealer decides to cancel/forfeit a Trip or withdraw from the contest, applicable fees will apply in accordance with the Cost Schedule published in the JM&A Group enrollment system.
Dealers may purchase a Trip from existing incentives so long as the total funds needed are available. JM&A also accepts dealer checks to process Trip purchases. When a Trip is purchased from existing dealer incentives, a portion of the Trip cost will be deducted from dealer incentives dealer incentives during the months of January 2024 and February 2024.
Participating dealers must be doing business with JM&A Group during the entire Contest Period and at the time of Trip departure. Dealership's Administrative Agreement with JM&A must be in good standing and in effect through the travel period in order to receive Trip award(s) and attend a Trip. If the Dealership's Administrative Agreement has been final called or is no longer in effect through the travel period, all amounts paid by Dealership and Trip award(s) will be forfeited. Dealers with account receivable balances more than 30 days past due at the date of ticketing forfeit any rights to attend the Trips.
